WHEN AND WHICH OF MY PERSONAL DATA DOES PROJEKCJA COLLECT AND PROCESS?

Projekcja collects and processes personal data in connection with its following activities:

  1. provisioning of repair and maintenance services,
  2. selling products and services via the online shop at projektor.pl, including without limitation fulfilling its customers’ orders and contacting customers,
  3. its marketing operations,
  4. being contacted via online forms,
  5. maintaining its existing business relationships,
  6. its ongoing recruitment processes.

WHICH OF MY PERSONAL DATA DOES PROJEKCJA COLLECT AND PROCESS?

Projekcja collects and processes personal data at the scope required by the purpose for which it was collected.

Depending on the purpose and the legal basis underlying the collection and processing of personal data, without limitation, Projekcja may collect and process the following data:

  1. personally identifiable information, including without limitation: the given name, surname;
  2. contact details, including without limitation: the address, telephone number, email address;
  3. information that identifies a business, including without limitation: the business name, business address, taxpayer identification number (in Poland: NIP), business registration number (in Poland: REGON).

Data is obtained from you directly or from publicly available sources. If the personal data is collected from publicly available sources, PDC will collect your given name, surname, business name, telephone number, email address and job position.

Users of online contact forms

Personal data is obtained from you directly using the contact form, or in the course of the communication aimed at responding to the enquiry you submitted using the contact form.

Target audience of marketing activities

Your personal data can be obtained: 

1) from you directly; 

2) from the entity you are acting on behalf of (given name, surname, telephone number, email address, job position). 

Candidates for employment

The personal data is obtained from you directly in that it is extracted from the documents (CVs) you submit to us.

IS MY PROVIDING MY PERSONAL DATA OBLIGATORY?

Customers:

Your providing your personal data at the scope necessary to perform any contract is a prerequisite for its execution. Your refusal to provide it shall make it impossible for you to use the service in question or have an invoice issued to you.

Business partners:

Your providing your personal data at the scope necessary to submit a business proposal to you, and then to execute and perform the contract is a prerequisite for its execution. Your refusal to provide it shall make it impossible for us to submit our business proposal to you and to execute the contract.

Representatives of business partners, points of contact:

If you provide your personal data to PDC directly, submitting it is optional, yet it is required by PDC to enable it to perform the contract for the benefit of the entity you are acting on behalf of. If you do not provide the data, the contract may be difficult to perform.

Potential business partners:

If you are providing your data to PDC directly, providing it is voluntary, yet it is also a necessary condition for the steps aimed at initiating the trade collaboration – such as submitting the proposal and executing the contract – to be taken.

Users of online contact forms:

Your submitting your personal data that is necessary for us to reply to your enquiry/request is a prerequisite for us to be able to reply to it. If you do not provide your data, it will not be possible for us to reply to your enquiry or request.

Target audience of marketing activities:

Your submitting your personal data is optional and voluntary.

Candidates for employment:

Your submitting your personal data at the scope specified in Article 221 of the Labour Code is a prerequisite for your taking part in the recruitment process. Any additional data that you may choose to provide in addition to that scope is optional and voluntary.

TO WHOM MAY PDC TRANSFER MY PERSONAL DATA?

The following parties may have access to your personal data:

  1. PDC’s employees and associates authorised to process your personal data on PDC's request;
  2. the parties to whom PDC has delegated the processing of your personal data, including without limitation:
    1. providers of technological or organisational services (including, without limitation, providers of ICT, postal or courier services);
    2. providers of legal or consulting services, including if any claims related to Projekcja’s business are being pursued or defended against,
    3. other entities, individuals or authorities – at the scope and on the terms specified by the provisions of applicable laws, provided that we are sharing your personal data with them in line with the provisions of applicable laws and in compliance with all the provisions that safeguard its security.

IS MY PERSONAL DATA GOING TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (I.E. TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, ICELAND, NORWAY OR LICHTENSTEIN)?

Your data shall not be transferred to any countries outside the European Economic Area.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF MY PERSONAL DATA BY PDC?

You have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data by Projekcja:

  1. the right to access your personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  2. the right to rectify your personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
  3. the right request erasure of your personal data in the circumstances specified in Article 17 (1), subject to the exceptions set forth in the provisions of Article 17 (3) of the GDPR;
  4. the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted in the circumstances set forth in Article 18 of the GDPR;
  5. the right to have your personal data moved in the circumstances set forth in the provisions of Article 20 of the GDPR.

Should Projekcja breach any regulations on the protection of personal data while processing your personal data, you shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory body for the control of personal data.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

If PDC processes your personal data on the basis of a consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which shall not affect the legitimacy of any processing that took place on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal.

IS MY PERSONAL DATA GOING TO BE SUBJECTED TO ANY AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES (DECISIONS WITHOUT HUMAN INTERVENTION)?

No automated decisions (decisions made without human intervention) will be made in relation to your personal data. Without limitation, your data will not be subject to any automated profiling.

RIGHT TO OBJECT

In addition, Projekcja herewith advises you that due to your special circumstances you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, if the basis for data processing by PDC is:

  1. a necessity to process the data in order to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (Article 6 (1) letter e of the GDPR), or
  2. PDC’s legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR).

As soon as you have submitted your objection, Projekcja shall no longer be able to process the personal data on the bases for their processing listed above unless Projekcja proves the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for its processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or any grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If Projekcja processes your data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing of your data by Projekcja for such purposes.

Projekcja uses adequate technological and organizational measures to keep your personal data safe and secure, including without limitation securing it against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. In order to ensure the security of your personal data, Projekcja has implemented appropriate personal, organizational, technological (IT) and physical security measures.
